2019 New Year, New You!!

So what does the new year have to do with oral health???

A LOT!!!

The mouth is the "Gateway to the Body". So let’s start the year off with some nice and easy changes that we can introduce into our daily routine.

When was the last time you replaced your tooth brush? We should replace our tooth brush every 4 to 6 months. Hey that lines up with your dental appointments. Here at The Tooth Doctor we will happily give you a new brush every time you come in.

So come on by and get a new toothbrush and start to celebrate the New Year with brand new smile.

Here are a few more nice and easy resolutions:

THE TWO x TWO Brush twice a day for two minutes.

FLOSS ONCE Not once a year. ONCE A DAY!!

Chew More Gum. Chew sugarless gum for 15 minutes after a meal can help prevent tooth decay.

Drink more!! Water that is. Hydrate your body. Drinking water helps prevent cavities by making teeth more resistant to the acid attacks that cause cavities.

See your DENTIST Regular dental visits will help you be the “best you” in 2019

So feel free to schedule an appointment with us. We are seeing patients for ‘Same Day” appointments. It’s a new year which also means a new cycle of dental benefits. YOU PAY FOR YOUR INSURANCE OUT OF EVERY PAY CHECK…… Why not use those benefits??

Start off 2019 with a Beautiful, Happy and Healthy Smile!!!
